To Help Yourself, We Encourage You To:
-
Share your thoughts and ideas out loud to help you
understand the meaning and effect of your loss.
-
Talk about your painful feelings (anger, despair, etc) to
help reduce their intensity.
-
Reminisce about your loved one to help you remember the
life and transition you shared together.
-
Discuss all the changes you are going through in order to
understand and transition to a new beginning.
