To Help Yourself, We Encourage You To:

  • Share your thoughts and ideas out loud to help you understand the meaning and effect of your loss.

  • Talk about your painful feelings (anger, despair, etc) to help reduce their intensity.

  • Reminisce about your loved one to help you remember the life and transition you shared together.

  • Discuss all the changes you are going through in order to understand and transition to a new beginning.

Hope For the Holidays

Each November, Columbus Hospice sponsors “Hope for the Holidays”, a grief and loss program for those in the community who have experienced the death of a loved one, recently or years ago.

Annual Living with Grief Teleconference

Columbus Hospice has sponsored the “Living with Grief” series, since its inception.  We are committed to continuing to provide this educational service to our community, as long as it is available.
