Columbus hospice was founded in 1979 as a community based, not-for-profit health care program. Columbus Hospice serves Chattahoochee, Harris, Marion, Meriwether, Muscogee, Schley, Stewart, Talbot, Taylor, and Webster counties in Georgia, and Lee and Russell counties in Alabama.
